A mentoring programme for Black and under-represented communities. Designed for 18 to 30 year olds, the scheme will help young people from ethnic minority groups or from working class backgrounds, to develop their skills and confidence in the world of work. The programme distinguishes itself from other corporate mentoring schemes, partly through it’s approachable, friendly, young and dynamic visual identity.
